I truly believe that it is so easy for agents and brokers to over commit. My clients deserve my undivided attention. As a result, I have determined that in order to serve each and everyone of my clients to the best of my ability, that it is necessary to limit the number of listings that I have at any given time. I have also chosen to focus exclusively on Luxury residential properties and a few select commercial listings.

It takes a VERY different approach to sell or purchase a $500,000.00 + property versus a property valued at a lesser amount.. The luxury owner deserves to have an agent concerned with these special circumstances which are truly unique.

I will also be focusing on three separate markets. These markets include the Ladue and Clayton areas in Saint Louis, Missouri and also any and all areas in 

Naples, 

Florida.

"My four (4) promises to those who choose to become my client are..."

1. I have determined that in order to serve my clients who live in the Clayton and Ladue, Missouri areas that I promise to have no more than five (5) residential listings at any one time. These listings will be at a value of $500,000.00+ or more...

2. I have also determined that in order to serve my Naples, Florida clients well that I promise to have no more than five (5) separate listings at any one time. These listings shall be valued at $500,000.00+ or more as well. I expect to be in Naples on a monthly basis and an “as needed basis”.. 3. I have also determined that I am able to serve no more than three (3) commercial listings at any given moment. These listings could be in either the greater St. Louis area or the Naples, Florida Market.

4. Lastly, you should keep in mind that I am able to offer one of the most competitive commission rates in each of my markets. This is the case because I do not have the overhead of assistants or team members. When you choose to work with me you get me, I promise. I will be taking each of your calls personally. You will have 

my total attention.

My clients who own commercial/investment properties will find my expertise quite beneficial. I have developed building using historic tax credits and worked for developers building shopping centers and resorts that have golf courses and beach front hi-rises..
